The office of the future is sustainable, healthy and enjoyable: just like a forest. All of these aspects come together in a space of23 platforms connected by one continuous, spiralling set of ramps which resembles a path in a forest. Vegetation is an integral part of the building, both on the facade and inside the building, providing a living and liveable working environment while also replacing technical equipment. Reversing conventional HVAC paradigms, a forest of vertical columns provides air conditioning, electricity and data, thus quitting the one-climate-office in favour of diverse microclimates to achieve universal comfort.
